Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are between you and CobraCat Games LLC, doing business as CobraCat Games (“CobraCat Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to our website, support channels, and related game services.

App-store licenses

Apps are licensed, not sold. Games downloaded through an app store are also governed by that store’s terms and license. Unless a separately reviewed custom license is shown for an Apple app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs that app license:

These Terms supplement applicable platform terms and do not replace mandatory consumer rights. If a conflict exists, the platform license or mandatory law controls to the extent of the conflict.

Personal use and acceptable conduct

You may use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment on supported devices. You may not cheat, exploit bugs, bypass purchase or entitlement checks, interfere with a game or service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, harass others, misuse support channels, or copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit a product except where applicable law or an identified open-source license permits it.

Local saves and connected services

Some games store progress only on your device; others may use platform cloud saves, leaderboards, accounts, or other connected features identified in the game. Resetting, clearing, uninstalling, losing, or changing a device may remove local information. Platform backups or cloud services may behave separately.

Connected features may depend on network access, region, age, platform availability, and third-party services. We may update, suspend, or discontinue a feature for operational, security, legal, platform, or business reasons.

Purchases

Some games offer optional digital content, consumables, non-consumables, or subscriptions. The game and store purchase screen identify the product, price, billing period when applicable, and included content. App stores process payments, taxes, refunds, revocations, and subscription management.

Virtual items and entitlements are licensed for use in the applicable game, have no cash value, and may not be sold or transferred unless the store or law requires otherwise. Entitlements may be corrected after a refund, chargeback, reversal, fraud finding, or store revocation. Contact the store for billing, refund, or subscription questions and CobraCat support when a completed purchase does not unlock or restore correctly.

Ownership

CobraCat Games and its licensors own the games, software, characters, artwork, audio, writing, logos, branding, and website content, except for materials identified in third-party notices. No ownership is transferred to you. Rights not expressly granted by the applicable app-store license or these Terms are reserved.

Updates and availability

We may update products to add or remove features, fix problems, adjust balance, maintain security, or preserve compatibility. We do not guarantee that every product or connected feature will remain available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CobraCat products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. CobraCat Games and its members, employees, contractors, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising from a product or service. These provisions do not exclude warranties, consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in a product, service, platform, law, or business. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. Any additional notice or consent required by law will be provided.
