CobraCat Games LLC publishes games and related materials under the CobraCat Games name. Unless a game or notice states otherwise, CobraCat Games LLC or its licensors own the game software, characters, artwork, audio, writing, logos, branding, website content, and related materials.

Restrictions

You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, license, publicly display, or create derivative works from those materials except as permitted by applicable law, an app-store license, an identified open-source or third-party license, or written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Third-party notices

Each game may include credits, open-source licenses, font licenses, and third-party notices. Those notices remain controlling for the materials they identify. This website bundles the Fredoka typeface under the SIL Open Font License; see the included notice.
