This disclosure applies to Resonant: Boss Beats version 1.0 for iPhone. Read it
with the CobraCat Games Privacy Policy.
Developer collection
CobraCat Games does not collect data from the current Resonant: Boss Beats app
build. The game has no CobraCat player account or backend and contains no
advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, attribution, or crash-reporting
SDK.
Settings (audio calibration, volumes, haptics, accessibility options), the
authoritative game save, and scores queued for Game Center while offline are
stored with Apple's local device APIs. Important career progress (prisms,
per-boss records, glyphs, jukebox unlocks, streaks) may also be encoded in the
player's Apple iCloud recovery snapshot. It is not sent to or accessible
through a CobraCat Games server.
Apple services
Resonant: Boss Beats uses the following Apple-operated services:
- Game Center: authenticates the Apple Game Center player when the player
chooses to sign in and submits daily, weekly, and Encore scores to Apple
leaderboards.
- StoreKit: obtains product information and processes the optional Full
Circuit purchase, restoration, refunds, revocations, and entitlement status
through the App Store.
- iCloud Key-Value Store: stores one small, versioned recovery snapshot of
important career progress through the player's iCloud account. The snapshot
excludes settings, calibration, and Full Circuit entitlement state.
Apple processes these services under Apple's terms and privacy policies.
CobraCat Games does not receive a complete payment-card number. Information
Apple collects for its own platform purposes is not developer collection by
CobraCat Games.
The on-device save remains authoritative during play. iCloud recovery is for a
lost or new device and is not live multi-device synchronization. On an empty
install, a cached snapshot may restore automatically; Settings also provides an
explicit restore action that replaces local career progress after confirmation.
Full Circuit restores separately through StoreKit.
Support and external links
The app contains no web browser. The About screen shows the privacy, terms,
support, and copyright summaries in the app; its support, privacy, terms,
copyright, and publisher-site actions open the device browser. Following a
link is navigation only — no game data leaves the app. Support and privacy
pages are also provided on the App Store listing and at cobracatgames.com.
CobraCat Games receives support contact information and message content only
when the player chooses to contact support outside the game. Website hosting
and support handling are described in the publisher privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Resonant: Boss Beats retains local game data until RESET CAREER, platform data
controls, or app deletion. The iCloud recovery snapshot can survive reinstall;
RESET CAREER prepares a reset marker that supersedes the prior snapshot once
delivered by iCloud; Apple delivery may be delayed. Apple
account and platform controls govern iCloud retention. Store purchase history
and restorable entitlements remain controlled by Apple and may be restored
through StoreKit.
Resonant: Boss Beats does not create a CobraCat account, so there is no
CobraCat player account to delete. Privacy and support requests may be sent to
support@cobracatgames.com.
Children
Resonant: Boss Beats is a general-audience game and is not directed to
children under 13. It does not request personal information in the app. If you
believe a child has sent information through support, contact
support@cobracatgames.com.
